5. Shipping, Delivery & Inspection

Delivery: Delivery timeframes provided on the store are estimates only. We are not liable for transit delays caused by third-party freight carriers or courier services.
Pre-Installation Inspection: Because bathroom fixtures, plumbing hardware, and mirrors require installation, all products must be thoroughly inspected upon delivery and prior to installation. Once an item has been installed or modified by a plumber or builder, cosmetic transit claims indicate acceptance of physical condition and cannot be refunded under change-of-mind rules.
