1. Free Shipping Australia-Wide

We are pleased to offer Free Delivery on all orders Australia-wide, with no minimum spend required.

Whether you are ordering smaller items like water filters and smart clocks or larger items like basins and mirrors, shipping is 100% free at checkout.

2. Processing & Delivery Timeframes

We partner with reliable national courier networks (including Australia Post, Aramex, and specialized freight carriers) to deliver your goods safely.

Order Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Estimated Delivery Time: Up to 7 business days across Australia.

Note: Deliveries to major metropolitan areas often arrive sooner (2–5 business days), while regional or remote areas may take up to the full 7 business days.

3. PO Box & Parcel Locker Restrictions

Due to the size, weight, and fragile nature of many bathroom fixtures, basins, and mirrors, heavy or oversized products cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a physical residential or commercial street address at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to activate on the courier's system.

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at sewi@cbhsupplies.com.au with your order number, and our team will locate your shipment.

5. Delivery Inspection & Transit Damage

Because items such as glass mirrors and ceramic basins are fragile:

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival.
If your product arrives damaged or broken, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing sewi@cbhsupplies.com.au with photos of:
1. The damaged product.
2. The external packaging box.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
